After you have created an account with Mobility Fulfillment, you are able to manage your information after logging in.

At any time, you can add, change, or delete your information and/or be removed from the Mobility Fulfillment data base. You also have the option to “unsubscribe” from service and program notifications.

Each individual Carrier (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint) offers various payment methods that you can choose from. The available payment methods are determined and defined by the individual Carriers.

When you place an online order, we authorize your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. A hold is placed on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled.

Each individual Carrier (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint) will provide you with your order confirmation by e-mail. Your order confirmation e-mail will include information about when your device will be delivered.

To Cancel an Order Online:

After your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email document from the Wireless Carrier you selected. Make sure that the email address you provided when you ordered your service is accurate and current.

Follow the instructions provided by your Wireless Carrier. The return instructions may vary by Wireless Carrier so make sure to follow the instructions exactly as they are stipulated by your Carrier.

If your new mobile device has already been shipped to you, product return instructions will be included in the original shipping package that was sent to you by your Carrier.

Any and all credits and/or reimbursement that you will receive will be provided directly by your Wireless Carrier.

Canceling Cell Phones with Service Plans

If you cancel your order for a cell phone with a service plan, be sure to tell your Carrier that you want to cancel service.

If you paid a deposit for service and have questions about your deposit, please contact the wireless carrier directly.

Yes and as part of the ordering process you will need to enter your current Carrier account information. If you currently do not have an active account with a Carrier, you can create a new account within the Mobility Fulfillment during the order Checkout process.
